Our School Day
Our School Day starts at 8.50 a.m.and ends at 3.15 p.m.
Registration is from 8.50 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.
Drop Off
Doors open at 8.40 a.m. and children enter from the playground entrance and side doors. The gates are locked at 8.50 a.m. If arriving after 8.50am you will need to sign your child in with the office.If parents would like to give a message to the teacher please go to the front office and your message will be delivered for you as teachers are preparing lessons and supervising children at the start of the day.
Collection
Parents are encouraged to wait in the playground, at the side door or front door.
Mallard children are delivered to one of their named contact persons at the front door.
Robin and Kingfisher leave by the side door.
Nightingale and Eagle leave via the playground.
If normal arrangements have to be altered (eg if you are delayed or another person is collecting your child) please let us know. This avoids any confusion or upset.

Getting to School
We encourage children to walk to school and also have bike and scooter racks in the playground.
If you need to travel by car, please do not park near the crossing patrols or cause any disturbance to our neighbours. Elms Drive is for residents only. You may park in The Grapes car park when dropping off in a morning and when collecting and at The Institute both morning and afternoon.
Please only park in the staff car park for collection from After School Club. There is a clearly marked pathway to keep pedestrians safe on school property from the access gate near the bus stop to the front of school.
