Parentpay

In order to improve efficiency, reduce paper and give parents control and a history of payments made to school we have introduced Parentpay to Ribby with Wrea.   Parentpay allows us to send out letters and other correspondence by email, our catering manager to order stock efficiently for school meals and you the parents a simple and effective means of making payments to school.

On starting school, your child will be issued the setup letter which will give instructions on how to register with Parentpay. It takes only a few minutes to set up and activate your account. You will then be ready to receive emails to your designated email account, order your child's dinners, sign up for clubs and events and make any associated payments.

Creating this system greatly reduces the amount of paper wastage and has proved highly efficient for school and parents.

School Meals

If your child would like to have school meals they need to be ordered in advance with their meal choices via your child's Parentpay account. 

Under the government's current Universl Free School Meal scheme all children in KS1 are entitled to free school meals.  For chidlren in KS2 meals currenlty cost £2.40 per day/£12.00 per week. 

Please note meals need to be booked and paid for half termly in advance.   Should anyone have any difficulty with this, please speak to the office and arrangements can be made to pay weekly in advance. 

Meals need to be ordered in advance to assist our school kitchen with numbers and accurate ordering of stock.

Milk

Here at Ribby with Wrea all children in school may have a carton of milk to drink at breaktime. 

If your child would like milk at breaktime you will need to register them with our milk supplier 'Cool Milk' unless your child is entitled to Free School Meals or is under 5  in which case school will register for you.   Please see the letter and registration form attached for more details.

Toast 

All children in KS2 may order toast to have at morning break.  Children in KS1 recieve a piece of fruit.

If your child would like to have toast please order via their Parentpay account.  Children may order 1 or 2 slices at a current cost of 20p per slice per day.
